ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
We are happy to announce that the exhibition Vende Tela, Compra Terra, curated by Ibã Huni Kuin and Daniel Dinato is presented at the Ilnu Museum of Mashteuiatsh from February 29 to mAY 27, 2024.
The exhibition, initially developped for the SBC Gallery of Contemporary Art in 2022, is part of a long-term collaboration between the MAHKU collective, curator Daniel Dinato and the SBC Gallery of Contempoary Art team. This collaboration includes the public program Assi sheueiau / Mai Kemaname Kani / Echoes of Territories (2023) with the Ilnu Museum of Mashteuiatsh, and the public mural Hawe Henewakame on the walls of the Paul-Émile Savageau Pool of the L.-O. Taillon Parck in Mercier Est.
