ACCESSIBILITY

Tous les espaces publics de l’Édifice Belgo, incluant SBC Galerie d'art contemporain, conformément à la certification d'accessibilité de Kéroul, sont partiellement accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite. 

  • Une rampe d’accès pour fauteuils roulants et un mécanisme d’ouverture électrique actionné par un bouton sont situés à l’entrée principale de l’édifice au 372, rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, entre les rues Bleury et Saint-Alexandre. 

  • En raison des travaux de rénovation en cours dans le bâtiment, seul l’ascenseur de gauche (Est) est actuellement fonctionnel.

Stationnement:

L'Édifice Belgo dispose d’un stationnement souterrain dont l’entrée se trouve sur la rue Saint-Edward, entre la rue Sainte-Catherine et la rue René-Lévesque. Celui-ci n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Des places de stationnement municipal avec des parcomètres adaptés aux besoins des personnes à mobilité réduite, ainsi que des places de stationnement réservées sont disponibles à plusieurs endroits dans le Quartier des spectacles. Pour en savoir plus, visitez le site de Stationnement de Montréal.

All public areas of the Belgo building, including the SBC Gallery of contemporary art, are partially accessible to people with restricted physical mobility, in accordance with Kéroul's accessibility certification.. A wheelchair-accessible entrance with power assist doors is located at the building’s main entrance at 372 Sainte-Catherine St. W, between Bleury St. and Saint-Alexandre St.

 

The following services are available in the building:

 

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on all floors except the entry level.

 

Two elevators are located to the left and right of the main stairway on each floor.

 

The Belgo Building has an underground parking suitable for people with reduced mobility and located on Saint-Edward St., between Sainte-Catherine St. and René-Lévesque St. Municipal parking spaces with adapted parking meters, as well as reserved parking spaces, are also available in several locations around the Quartier des spectacles. For more information, visit the Stationnement de Montréal website.

 

Unfortunately, the building's facilities are gendered except for the gender-neutral wheelchair-accessible restrooms available on each floor. 

Due to ongoing renovation works at the building, accessible bathrooms are only available on the 4th floor (We are on the 5th floor). These bathrooms are accessible through elevator or stairs.
