Tiziana La Melia was born in Palermo (IT) and was raised in Winfield, B.C. Her practice involves several mediums, including writing, painting, sculpture and performance. In 2010, she attended the Banff Residency Figure in a Mountain Landscape (Reprise) with Silke Otto. Her poetry and images have been published in Millions, C Magazine, Pelt, Pyramid Power, Woo, West Coast Line and W. Recent exhibitions include Provisions at Xspace in Toronto (2013), The Intellection of Lady Spider House in Edmonton (2013), Neck of the Thirsty Flower in Vancouver (2012), and Table of Contents (Accompanying Poem) in Toronto (2011).
